How to export Userlist in JTS server (DNG)

I would like to export all userlist to cvs file from Jazz server.  

Please advise!  

I have tried repotool and this error message:

 d:\IBM\JazzTeamServer606\server>repotools-jts.bat -exportUsers toFile=d:\tmp\userlist.rtf repositoryURL=//agodng.aero.org:9443/jts
