Using RQM on 2 different servers?

Is anyone out there using RQM on a test server and also on a production server? Did you purchase 2 different RQM server licenses? And have you shared client licenses between the 2 servers?

From a technical standpoint you are on the right track.

If you have floating CALs (client access licenses) you can set up one of the two servers to serve keys to users on both servers.

Note: if you have non-floating CALs you would need enough to handle your total users from both servers (i.e. if you purchased 20 non-floating QM CALs total you would *not* be able to have 20 users on each of two servers; you could have 10 on one and 10 on another, for example).

For the server activation kits, you would need two licenses as you identified.
