Can Service now integrates with RQM 4.01 and 4.0.2

Service now is a Ticket raising tool.
Can we integrate this Service now tool with ibm RQM, please its urgent.

RQM doesn't have any officially  supported integration with ServiceNow product.

Note, RQM 3.0.1+ integrates with OSLC Change Management service providers.  As such, you could implement an OSLC CM service provider using template code from the Eclipse Lyo project.

 Service Now is having web services, Now can we integrate Service Now with RQM/ RTC.

You would have to implement an OSLC CM service provider that invokes the Service Now web services.  There are sample service provider implementations and reference server provider implementations in the Eclipse Lyo project.
