Get last changed date of a changeset
I’m facing an issue where the system only records the changed name of component properties (like attribute type or artifact type) without the change date. However, for changes in artifact data, both the changes and dates are recorded and displayed.
Does anyone know how to retrieve the last changed date for changesets when component properties are modified? Which API can we use to get this data?

you might find what you are looking for in attributes such as modified. Here is an article where some of the APIs are introduced. https://jazz.net/library/article/92596 . I don't have example code that I can run at the moment.
