Unable to log in to sandbox

I previously had access to the sandbox at https://jazz.net/sandbox01-rm. Yesterday it seems like it was deleted (as happens periodically) but I am now unable to use the sandbox at all and if I try to start a new trial I get:

Permission Denied

Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource.

In my OLSC API tests I can still see rootservices, but all other API calls give a 401 error.

The message "Your account does not have the group memberships required to access the requested resource." indicates that the user has logged in successfully, however there is no sufficient Jazz security role assigned, such as JazzUsers and JazzAdmins.
