Export view doesn't complete if i have validated by column

I want to export a view and i have validated By column in my module and it has couple of external links coming from other application(where i have access) ,  I trigger the export of the view it says export is started but never finishes.  But export happens if i remove the Validated By column , module has only 800 artifacts . do we have any limitations for exporting the view ?

Can anyone suggest here

Are you using a supported version (7.0.2, 7.0.3) and the latest ifix for that version? If the problem persists you should create a support case.

If you have configuration management enabled, try the export within a changeset.

i have 7.0.2 with ifix029 . i tried with the change set as well, issue still there

Are you referring to the OSLC "Validates" link type for links between ETM (RQM) and ERM (DOORS NG) or your own defined link type?
