Why does Eclipse RTC Plugin doesn't allow selecting a team area?

I've downloaded the latest Eclipse Version 2024-03 and the RTC Client p2Repo 6.0.6.1. I can create a repository conenction successfully. A valid license key is also existing. But I cannot choose a team area and all the source code folders are missing. I even don't see the button for selection the team area. What might be the reason for this?

The 6.0.6.1 repo is really old and is no longer supported. I would be quite surprised if it worked perfectly in the latest Eclipse, as the latest Eclipse needs Java 11 minimum and the old repo was only built for Java 8
