how set link label in CSV import to DNG?

M K (2526) | asked Apr 11, 9:51 a.m.

if i do a CSV import to DNG with a link column, i can have a cell that has "{LINK uri=http://www.example.com}" and that link will be added. however, i want to add the label information in there, something like "{LINK label="Hello World" uri=http://www.example.com}" so that label shows up in a view rather than the url. how can i do that?

I don't think you can; you're using a weblink which can have a label within DOORS Next, but this isn't exported to a spreadsheet (I tried xlsx) nor is it the labelled modified if I put some text in the link cell in the spreadsheet before the { and then import the spreadsheet to update the module I exported from.

ok, that's disappointing. i can manually edit the label in DNG but not through import. <sad face>
