Delete iteration button is disabled?
I am trying the RTC 2.0.0.1 Express-C and using the web client to setup a project for trial.
I created an iteration under the main project timeline and want to delete this iteration later. But I found that the Delete button is disabled. How can I delete or archive the useless iterations?
I did not install eclipse client. I am using the VS 2005 client.

Hi,
Neither Web UI nor VS 2005 client provide an option to archive unused iterations. You would need eclipse client to archive unused iterations.
Thanks

Actually the "Delete" button *is* displayed in the Web UI but is always
greyed out - is that intentional?
Also I think the Delete in the Eclipse UI is misleading and maybe not
quite right:
a) It throws up a scary message that the timeline will not be deleted
because it could be referenced elsewhere and then goes ahead and
archives it with the only indication that it has done so the tiny and
almost unnoticeable icon decoration.
b) Even if I create a brand new timeline, save the project area and
delete the timeline immediately, without ever having used/changed it,
the Delete exhibits the same behaviour.

Hello,
If the option of archiving an iteration is not provided by the WebUI (disabled button), why is there a "Delete" button displayed ?
Is there a reason which prevents this feature ?
Thanks,
Sylvain

Hi,
Is this feature under development ? Or is there a way to activate it by some config ? I'm really wonder why there is this "Delete" button on the Web UI.
Thanks
