License with 1.0 beta3 standard edition

I tried to install 1.0 beta3 standard edition. When I was creating tables in DB2 with repository tool, I got the error message in "repotools_createTables.txt" log file:

2008-10-17 17:09:22,828 CRJAZ1093I Service failed to activate.

com.ibm.team.repository.common.transport.TeamServiceRegistryException: CRJAZ1126I The service "com.ibm.team.repository.service.internal.rdb.ConnectionPoolService" had some invalid configuration properties:
CRJAZ1125I The configuration property value "DB2" is not valid for the property "db.vendor". CRJAZ0508I The 'DB2' DB vendor is not supported by the server license

Anyone has idea on the license issue? Is beta3 no longer working due to the release of 1.0?

Are you trying to use Express-C with DB2? DB2 is supported only on Express and Standard editions.

Thanks

I am trying to use Standard edition beta3 --> https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/betas/1.0Beta3/RTC-Standard-Full-1.0Beta3-Win-Web.exe

And I realised that from the beta 3 page (https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/betas/1.0Beta3) it states:

This is a pre-release Early Access Trial beta of Rational Team Concert. Early Access Trials expire 90 days after the corresponding scheduled product release. They are intended for early adopters interested in trying out new features or following along with development to participate in the evolution of the technology.

Does that mean Standard Edition beta 3 is not supposed to work even if you install it from scratch?

Hi,

It should not mean that beta 3 should not work. Try installing the GA version!

Opened WI 63114 to track the issue. Beta3 and 1.0 GA have the same table structure. Try creating the tables / importing using 1.0 GA version

We are trying to migrate from Beta 2a to 1.0. According to the migration document --> https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/1.0?p=upgrading, you need to go from Beta 2a to Beta 3 and then from Beta 3 to 1.0. That's why we are trying to install Beta 3.
