Artefact Appears in Module for "Where used" but is missing from the same module

We have a case on one of our larger projects, in the core stream.

11 artefacts that share a heading artefact parent (or should do) are not appearing in the module.

There is no filter on the view. They can't be found by; filtering on the id, finding specific text, or using Go To on the ID.

However if you quick search it finds the original artefact and the Module instance (with correct Module ID). If you open the artefact it's "Where artefact used" shows only the module of interest and the hyperlink taken you to the correct Module but still with the items missing.

Looking at the history of the module the artefact was added via a change set a few months ago and there is no record of it being removed.

Does anyone know why this is occurring or how to fix it?

Assuming you're using a supported version you should create a support case.

I've seen this before and it can normally be fixed using the Module Analysis and Repair tools under the RM Server Admin Debug page. Try running that tool to see if there's anything weird detected before calling Support

Strongly suggest you create a support case to ask for help with this - certainly don't do any repair without support instructions!

The analysis is actually completely automated Ian - select the project area and push the button, and it'll advise you. Low risk.

Might save you logging a call, where the first thing they'll ask you is if you've done it already.

Given the symptom, you should go straight to support
