where is the download for ELM 7.0.2 SR1 iFix 15
about to upgrade to 7.0.2 and it comes with ifix022 - but states that you must have done ELM 7.0.2 SR1 iFix 15 installation first - is the download in the system that release ? and then apply ifix022 on top ... its not entirely obvious that the ELM install package is the release that includes ifix15

I would look into the ifix22 readme for how to deploy and on top of what.
Comments that's where the confusion is : ELM 7.0.2 SR1 iFix015 is available with Log4j2 updates - seems to intimate there is another downloadable application install for that version .. correct me if I'm wrong therefore "if I'm in 702 sr1 then that download package is 702 SR1 with ifix15"

My understanding is, that there is no other release of 7.0.x available any more. Only ELM 7.0.2 SR1 iFix015 because the Log4J2 update requires a full upgrade. There are classes/jars removed and serious code changes had to be done to get there. This makes using later patches on previous versions impossible.
