How to get list of users who created the resources

How would get Id of users who created a stream or baseline in DNG? Is there any specific API available to pull down list of users who created or modified the streams?

Just do a GET on the URI of the stream or baseline with an Accept header of a supported RDF mime type. I would expect the RDF to include dcterms:creator . I don't think the RDF will include dcterms:contributor , and there isn't a standard DCMI term for modifier. So I think all you can find out is the user who created the stream or baseline
