creation of a defect during test execution reports a TYPE error
during a test execution, creation of a new defect prompts that the TYPE cannot be determined. Clicking on the prompt it presents a further error of the same type - but second one has a toggle box where you can ignore and the defect is inline in test execution continues on and creates the defect as expected.
I've looked at the xml and other items of an RQM project instance that doesn't display this behaviour, and have also removed and re-established the project links between RQM and RTC with no solution.
Its by no means an emgergency, but it is annoying - I'd like to fix it.
