How getting detailed information about errors detected for the onlineVerify program?

I run the onlineVerify program for ccm app and it shows an error in the SCM component. But it tells nothing more about that error. I tried to get the log using
 https://srvctr01ratio.bi-central.local/ccm/onlineVerify/log
but it gets nothing (blank screen)

How can I get more information about the error?
