i have auto-subscribed to a work item, but emails are not receiving

Hi Team,

i have autosubscribed to a work item by going through following link (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/how-automatically-add-users-subscribers-when-creating-new-work-items) in eclipse client. Now whenever a workitem is created I am getting autosubscribed but emails or any notifications are not receiving. I have configured email settings as well.

I am using CLM v6.0.5

You sure the SMTP server connection is configured for the server?

Yes I am sure SMTP is configured and test mail works fine
