Prevent artifacts from being linked from outside of a module

Hi all,
I would like to know if there is any possibility to prevent artifacts from being linked from outside the module

Hi Eduardo - no I don't think it's possible today - if you go to the Ideas portal https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/ there is an existing idea "Remove possibility to choose Folders during adding link" which you can upvote. Not sure but this link might work: https://ibm-ai-apps.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/ENGRMDN-I-101

Logically, this functionality wouldn't make sense.  

An artifact has a URL, which means you can always store a link to that artifact whenever you want (there is nothing the application that owns the artifact could do to prevent you creating that link).
You can imagine a particular GUI making it harder to create such a link, but that would not prevent that link from being created ... it would only prevent that link from being created by that particular GUI.
If you identified the use case that you believe would benefit from this functionality, we could provide some suggestions on how to achieve that use case.
