Test case to Requirements links established using excelimporter aren't showing in DOORS, how can we fix it

I have imported test cases and their corresponding requirements using excel importer, there are created in the RQM and links are displayed in RQM, but there weren't showing up in the DOORS web access or in DOORS client. 
The command used to link the requirements to the test cases was
testcase.requirement=LinkExisting(id)

Can you help or guide how can we show these test case links in DOORS>

Do you mean DOORS classics or DOORS Next?
DOORS classics is not supported, see RFE

If it is DOORS Next, what version of RQM, DNG and RQMExcelImporter do you use?
Whether it is Configuration Enabled projects?

Is there still an need for this functionality with DOORS?  If so, I have provided work arounds for other clients as it relates to this topic.  Let me know if you would want to meet and review what I have done in the past.

As pointed by Don, LinkExisting is not supported for DOORS. Linking model varies between DNG and version of DOORS and mostly visibility depends on it.
