Replicate Object Heading and Object Text

I am trying to replicate Object Heading and Object Text column from DOORS (with no line breaks) into RPE (ie 1 Scope).


I was able to set condition in RPE table for Object_Heading !=="" to display "1 Scope" with the proper heading however the text is repeated for each column in the report. 

Can anyone help me? Thanks.
