Anyone see continuous loop on RRC web beta?

Hi all

I have a customer who was using the RRC beta (web UI) and they are seeing the following:


I am experiencing an issue accessing the RRC Web Client. I am able to
access the logon, submit my credentials and accept the certificate error,
after which I experience an endless loop while the home page attempts to
load.

While attempting to load the "preventCache" value in the URL increments
continually and rapidly.

I haven't seen this, and yes, there have been many fixes included since the the beta, so you are on the right track.

Hi Daniel

We think it might be cookies settings or the temp (beta) license expired. Do you happen to know the expiry date for the beta?

The current RRC Beta 2 expires on December 8th.
The Web UI Beta 1 expired on May 5th.
