Problems with Downloads
Hi,
We are hitting a problem with the download files... It looks like the download completes but when i try to extract the files it says there are no files to extract. Any clues? thanks! |

Are you using FireFox to download? If so, can you try Internet Explorer? We're currently looking in to a problem that some users have reported when downloading with FireFox. Thanks,

Hi,
I am having a problem in downloading. It stops downloading after sometime without completely downloading the software. When I start unzipping the files, following message is displayed. ! C:\Jazz\RTC-ExpressC-Full-2.0.0.1-Win.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged. I am using Internet Explorer. Can somebody help me in handling this problem? Thanks |
