Are you using FireFox to download? If so, can you try Internet Explorer? We're currently looking in to a problem that some users have reported when downloading with FireFox. Thanks,

Hi,
I am having a problem in downloading. It stops downloading after sometime without completely downloading the software. When I start unzipping the files, following message is displayed.

! C:\Jazz\RTC-ExpressC-Full-2.0.0.1-Win.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged.

I am using Internet Explorer.

Can somebody help me in handling this problem?
Thanks
