RRC 2.0 Reporting
Where can I find out more about the reporting capability available in RRC 2.0? Specifically can you create a traceability matrix report between different items (e.g., use cases and stories).

Where can I find out more about the reporting capability available in RRC 2.0? Specifically can you create a traceability matrix report between different items (e.g., use cases and stories). There is an out-of-the-box traceability report, where for a set of one or more RRC artifacts, the report lists the artifacts that each one links to. |
Hello,
I am also interested in learning more on how to adapt existing out-of-the-box provided reports and on how to create new ones. A practical case, I'm using the "use case specification" report based on my global use case diagram but the template is in english and I would like to have it in french. How to best achieve this? The way to customize reporting in RRC 2.0 is with the Rational Publishing Engine 1.1.1. This released was announced yesterday (search at http://www.ibm.com/common/ssi/ for your country's version of the announcement). It will be available December 8.
There is a bit more information in this RRC license info tech note. The developers who worked on this capability are planning to write up some tutorials for customizing the existing report templates. I'll ask them if they have anything more they could add in this thread. |
Hi,
I am trying to figure out if BIRT can be used with RQM 2.0? Could anyone direct me to the links which would give more info on using BIRT with RQM? |
Hi, You can find the forum for RQM here: http://jazz.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=7 |
Here is a pointer to some tutorials for the Rational Publishing Engine (including using RPE with RRC):
