UI Extensions for ETM or RQM Test Management

For example, In the test suite view, I want to have a button which when clicked can run a script that can generate a file with a framework that includes all test cases details in the suite. This file can then be used by testers to program the test code. For example, test case id, details, steps can be transformed in the form of test code (which depends on the testing tool) which the testers can then use for programming test code.
