RP project invisible - Import requirement into RQM

Yanzhuang Li (31134126) | asked Nov 18 '09, 4:08 p.m.
RQM1.0.1.1, Apache, SQL2005, RP7.1.0.1: There are three web server - two for ReqWeb (reqweb1 and reqweb2) and one for RQM. There are multiple RP projects on reqweb1 (RP1-10) and reqweb2 (RP11-20) and each project works fine from ReqWeb. There are multiple RQM installations (instances) on the RQM box. Each RQM instance is installed in a different directory on the same server/box and each one uses a separate SQL database as the Jazz repository. Each RQM instancce is working properly.

However, when we try to import requirements from reqweb2 into RQM#3, only one of the 10 RP projects (#15) are listed. However, 1) when we used the IP of reqweb2 for the import process, however, all RP projects are listed; 2) when we tested reqweb1, no issue either.

FYI, the issue was not reproducible on another RQM instance.

Any comment on how to resolve the issue? Thanks.
