CCM/RTC: Can't preview images on Chrome

Works fine on Firefox and it worked on Chrome a few months ago.

Steps to reproduce
1. Upload an image
2. Save
3. Click on the image
4. An invalid image appears

In the console, there's this error

Blocked script execution in '<URL>' because the document's frame is sandboxed and the 'allow-scripts' permission is not set.

Our team uses this
Change and Configuration Management Application version 6.0.6 
Rational Jazz Team Server version 6.0.6
