Hi Asha,
You're going to need to help us out and be a little more specific. What in particular do you need to configure? Let's assume you installed successfully and plan on using the default Tomcat (app server) / Derby (database) configuration.
1) Have you gone through the setup wizard?
2) Have you created at least a single user and project area?

Once you've done that you can log in to RQM and go to Planning->Create Test Plan and Construction->Create Test Case.

John

Hi

I have installed rational quality Manager .
According to the help wizard ,did the following steps

start IBM Rational quality Manager
Internet explorer/:IBM Rational Quality Manager
opened https://localhost:9443/jazz/setup
and selected Tomcat User Database
Added new user accounts
Disable the default ADMIN access
and clicked NEXTbutton.
Note:it gave a msg stating You have successfully configured the USer registery .Click Next to continue
But the problem is it is not going to the next button

It looks like your images and/or links did not get posted to the forum correctly, which is too bad.
If the Next button is disabled (which I imagine is what you are referring to, right?) then there should be a status message near the top of the page indicating that there is some type of problem with the configuration that you can not proceed on without correcting.

Alternatively, you could go to https://:/jazz/admin and assign user licenses and create a Project Area "by hand" and circumvent the setup wizard.

John
