RQM - Alternative solutions to get the contents other than REST/OSLC API

Dear Team,

I would like to know if there's any alternative solution to fetch the details of RQM test plans,test case or test suite other than using OSLC/REST APIs. I'm creating a design document for my project where I have to mention some alternative way other than REST/OSCL APIs to get the details from RQM. I know i can access through RQM site,but i would like to know some other alternative solution. Please help me.

 As far as I am aware, OSLC/REST APIs are the only supported APIs. 

RQM provides some tools command line tools on the RQM All Download page. But they all use the REST/OSLC API to access data.

You could think you can access the data in the RQM database. 

This is not a viable  solution, It is neither supported nor documented.
