How do you import OSLC requirements into Rhapsody without Model Manager?

What is the best method to import requirements from an OSLC provider into Rhapsody without using Model Manager?  This is using Rhapsody 8.4 or above.

We aren't seeing a straightforward way to do this without using Model Manager.  There doesn't appear to be a OSLC provider type in Gateway or a method to import remote requirements.  Note that we are not looking to necessarily have bi-directional links, we are willing to manually synchronize the requirements, this would probably be one direction from requirements provider into Rhapsody.

In some other modeling tools there is a generic import from an OSLC provider, but we're not seeing this option in Rhapsody.  If anyone has a recommended method for this we'd appreciate it.

Thanks in advance
