deploy a package on an other LPAR

Hi,

We do have several LPAR's. One LPAR is used for development, called XXXO LPAR. An other one is the production LPAR, XXXP and there is one for experiments called XXXM LPAR. Software development is only done on XXXO, from there we want to be able to package the changes and deploy them on the other two LPAR's. Now two questions;

1. Is this possible?

2. If so, can I find a good description how to do this?
