Ability to add multiple users to a team area

Hello,
Is there a way add multiple team members to a team area without manually having to add each one by hand? I see some teams are using bluegroups, but I assume that is done on the backend?

We just created a new project and have over 100 users to copy over.
Thanks in advance

Hello,
please refer to corresponding repotools command:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rtc/v2r0m0/topic/com.ibm.team.install.doc/topics/r_repotools_createusers.html

Thanks.
Eric.

Hi Eric,

As I understand it, repotool only adds users to the repository ... not
to a specific team area.

Cheers,
Geoff

Correct Geoff - well, the Add Users wizard enables the multi-selection
(once users imported / created)

Do I need to be a jazzadmin to execute these commands? I'm asking from a frontend perspective as I manage the project but not necessarily the database admin.

In the wizard the only capability is for single user selection, would be nice to add a 'group' of users or import from another team area.

The command Eric mentioned is for adding users to the repository, not to
a project area.
You select multiple users to add to the team area in the "Add Users"
wizard, but you do have to select each one (you can't just say "select
all users in a specified team area). When you say a "group" of users,
what did you have in mind for specifying a "group"?

Cheers,
Geoff

Hi Geoff,
Say I have 30 new members to my team that I'd like to add, instead of adding each member one by one I would like the ability to add a bluegroup and it populate the team area for me in 1 swoop or another scenario would be if I have 30 members in Team Area A that I'd like to replicate in Team Area B I'd like to be able to import it to make life easier.

Hope that helps.
