Error- Only work items from plans can be moved to a plan

This is similar to another post:   


We're using 6.0.5 ifix 14 , Safe 4.5 process. We're using a Sprint Kanban Board plan . When we try and drag a card from new to in development  we get the popup   Only work items from plans can be moved to a plan.  We can change the state of the story from New to in- dev and refreshing the plan shows them . 

Whats wrong with the drag option?

Sounds like a bug to me ... I'd go ahead and submit a new defect, and link it to the one referenced in question 198193 that was supposed to have been fixed.
