 For RTC they are wanting the ability to retrieve the following information per user:  

USER ACCOUNT: AD account name NAME: First & Last name of user License Type: Type of RTC license user has Project Areas: Project areas names the user is a member of

 Hi,


OSLC for all apps on IBM Engineering give you ability to list users, project information about added users and their roles. You can easily develop script that will parse this information and list it

The only problem is license information because it is not in the OSLC at all.

For license reporting you can use License Key Server - Adminitation and Reporting Tool


or You can enable floating license monitoring (floating + token licenses) in Jazz Team Server - Advanced Properties
