Error Launching DOORS Next Gen on Cloud Trial

 Hi,

 When I attempt to launch DOORS Next Generation on Cloud Trial a new browser tab opens, briefly says "Contacting the authorization server" and then displays: 
"{"error_description":"OpenID Connect client returned with status: SEND_401","error":401}"

I've tried this on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge with the same result.

I appreciate any help, thank you,

 Hi Adam,


You are a second person this month who is reporting the same issue. It seems there is issue with IBM trail platform.

You can use jazz.net/sandbox as a workaround.
