What link type is supposed to be used to link review work items to architectural elements?

Torsten Knodt (536) | asked Apr 28 '20, 5:57 a.m.

For an ASPICE process, we use basically three ticket types:

- Task Work Product (to derive something from something else)
- Review (to plan the reviews for the former)
- Review Finding (well, guess)

To link to/ from DNG we use:
- Implemented By to the upstream artifact
- Affected By to the requirement for which a finding was made
- Tracked By to the requirements under review

It seems to link RMM, there is only one link type:
- Elaborated by architectural element, which seems to be a link from a Task ticket to the elaborated element.

Who is this supposed to be done?
I know that you can customize "everything", but was the idea in first place and what do others do?

 Hi Torsten,

I strongly suggest checking following workshop -> Linking model elements to remote requirements that is part of IBM RMM knowledge center.

In the overview section You can find information about available links.

Please be aware that You can not customize "everything" because there are some limitations. One of them are link types between different applications on the ELM platform.

Since there is only one supported link type between tasks and AM elements, then the answer is simple ... use that one supported link type.
