Unlock Remote Artifact Package in Rhapsody

Hello,

I'm trying to have an OSCL link between DOORS Classic and Rhapsody 9.0.1.

The Remote Artifact Package is Read Only and due to this, I am unable to add the requirements linkage to my model elements. See image below.

How do I lock a Remote Artifact Package?
