Dashboard and User created Reports

I've created several new reports and would like to be able to expose them on the Dashboard. Is there any documentation or a list of steps available to help me do this ?

Many thanks for the link.
Just for claridication in Step 7. I need to write a new bundle which contains the extension points listed + my new report details and upload these to the server ?

Is there anyway to do this without acces to the server machine ?

Unfortunately, in 2.0 you need to provision your new plug-into the
server to add the report to the dashboard.

Correct.

Unfortunately, no. There is an enhancement open to make this process easier and more dynamic:
