What is "Always load all execution items"?

Hi,

I'm using RTC2.0.0.2 Fix3 with simple team process.

When creating a new plan, there is an option "Always load all execution items" in Advanced Options.

What is it?(How does it affect plan when it is checked and unchecked?)

Regards
James
