Remote Artifact requirements don't show contents of compartments in Design Manager

I have Rhapsody model that is now actively managed in Design Manager. I connected a collection of requirements from RM to the model and have put some of them on diagrams. If I view the diagrams in Rhapsody then I see the title of the remote artifact requirement, as well as its ID and its text in the compartments. However, when these diagrams are opened in Design Manager, the contents of the two compartments (for ID and specification) are totally blank. Any ideas why this might happen? I am using Design Manager 6.0.6.1 iFix 002 and Rhapsody 8.3.1 iFix 3.
