unable to create Rational Software Architect Design managment Sample

I have   JTS , CCM , QM , RM & DM 4.0.1 installed on one server . When I click on RSA DM Sample then it throws the following error .Click on Create Sample project
then
Create  a sample user   -  Works fine

Create a  sample project   -    gives    null

Import the sample model  -  An import was not started .

this is the error & in dm.log   Process template with ID "blank.dm.process" not found.


Please suggest & help

If you go to https://servername:port/dm/admin#action=com.ibm.team.process.editProjectArea&itemId=new do you see the Blank template?  If not, please go to https://servername:port/dm/admin#action=jazz.viewPage&id=com.ibm.team.process.ProcessTemplateManagement and click the Deploy Predefined Templates button.

If you still don't see it, please press the Import Template button on that page and choose the Blank-Process-Template.zip in your installation.  In a typical Windows installation, it can be found at C:\Program Files\IBM\JazzTeamServer\server\conf\dm\processtemplates\Blank-Process-Template.zip.
