We have installed CLM 6.0.6.1 newly on a Windows 2012 server. We are facing frequent inaccessibility or slowness issues.

What could be the cause ?

Here are possible reasons that has helped customer fix the issue

a. For slowness, verify the applications installed and the JVM properties from server.startup.bat file(in case of liberty) or from WAS Administration Console. Review the CLM must gather if the issue is specific to an operation.

b. Ensure that user who starts the CLM server doesn't log out from the Windows Server due to time out.
