 Hello All,

Does anyone have any idea, how to configure a email for Requirements in RDNG v6.0.6.1 application? Like, whenever someone from the team try to do following, an email to be serve to Project Manager and Team Lead.

create a new requirement
Modify 
Who done modify
Time and date when the requirement has been modified etc

Hi Madhu,

DNG only supports email notification for certain things like comments and reviews.

You cannot get DNG to send emails when somebody creates or modifies a requirement.

Email server configuration is defined from the Jazz team server administration page such as  ........:9443/jts/admin) >  Manage Server.

The Configuration section in the left hand side of the Manage Server pagehas an E-mail Settings section.

Configuration Management allows you to control when user changes get absorbed into the production stream but that is more complex to set up than simply change notifications.
