We have a set of requirements which a delivery partner will be developing a design specification against inside our DNG database.

We can give the delivery partner a folder inside our project and use Team Areas to control access.

Or we can create a second Project Area for the delivery partner and then get them to use cross project linking.

What are the pros and cons of using cross project linking versus normal links inside a project?

One of the advantages of separate projects I think would be that we can baseline separately.
