Internal Server Error 500 / CWWKZ0014W

Hi all,

While accessing CLM 6.0.6 applications on web console we are getting Internal Server Error 500.

After scanning console.log we have found below mentioned error
CWWKZ0014W the application rm could not be started as it could not found at location /opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/liberty/servers/clm/ /apps/rm.war.
This above mentioned error we are getting for all the CLM applications installed on different server (enterprise topology).

Have already tried this Possible solution but could not get any result.

We are not able to access the server with host name however applications like /ccm, /rm & /qm are accessible by providing the ip address of the servers. In that also we are able to login into applications with below mentioned error.

at /ccm/admin page --> the server status can not be retrieved ID CRJAZ1505E.

in application information tab for JTS location
CRJAZ2679E The JTS version could not be determined because the JTS root services document at https://...../jts/rootservices could not be fetched or does not have an about services URI

Is this a brand new installation (i.e. CLM has never worked in this environment), or is it a CLM environment that has stopped working?

In the first case, it is likely due to some installation/configuration mistake.
In any case, I suggest that you open a PMR to IBM support.

Why is there a space between clm and /apps ?
What does that mean install on different machines?
Have you contacted support?

This setup was working fine last one year and now we are getting internal server error. Have cleared liberty cache, still its not working

@ Ralph Schoon:
Why is there a space between clm and /apps ? Ignore the space ,its typo .
What does that mean install on different machines? RM ,QM ,CCM are installed on different servers

@Ralph Schoon
the error as seen in console.logs says
CWWKZ0014W the application rm could not be started as it could not found at location /opt/IBM/JazzTeamServer/server/liberty/servers/clm/ /apps/rm.war

We are not able to access the server with host name however applications like /ccm, /rm & /qm by providing the ip address of the servers. In that also we are able to login into application with below mentioned error.

The setup seems to be totally screwed. It does not know its own public URI. I don't know what the purpose of this setup was. If it was an upgrade or an attempt to move to new hardware. Since, besides the error, there is no information, please contact support.

Otherwise, I would suggest to replan the install/upgrade and redo it.

@rschoon Hi Ralph,

Just curious to know, how this problem occurred, as it was working fine from last one year. Do we have any way to get through the root cause of this problem, so that after reinstall we can avoid that activity to happen again in future.

thanks

Finally tracked down the culprit.
In HTTP server certificate file of individual applications were expired. generated new certificates for each applications and restarted the entire server.
