Incorrect page numbers when exporting requirements

Hi all,

Just wondering if someone can assist me please.

We are using CLM V6.0.3.

We have a requirement to print certain requirement modules out as they need to be sent to the client. However when we print these out in PDF format, the page numbering that is applied is not logical.

The first page will have no numbering displayed in the footer.
The second page which is typically the TOC say 'Page 2 of 2'
Then from Page 3 on-wards it will say e.g. 'Page 3 of 20'

Now the total number is correct (e.g.20), however the start is out.

Could someone advice on how this could be corrected without having to print to WORD first, correcting the page numbering and then formatting to PDF.

Or has this issue already been addressed in a later build?

Hi Jason

You should create a support case to get help with this.

With CLM 6.0.6, I see that there is no page number in first page and TOC page. Page numbers are shown correctly after the TOC.
This is how the report is designed. In RPE template, there is Footer (within MasterPage) that prints Page Number and Total Pages Number. The first page and TOC are from the stylesheet, that does not contain Footer. Hence no page numbers printed.
You can modify the report either by adding a Footer in the stylesheet or redesigning the RPE template.
