'CRJAZ0215E' received upon 'Resume' on Test Suite Execution Console

Received the following Alert messaged when selected 'Resume' on Test Suite Execution Console in RQM.

msgSuiteResumeFailedCRJAZ0215E The following record was not found in the database: com.ibm.rqm.execution.common.model.impl.ExecutionRequestHandleImpl@a1d11623 (stateId: null, itemId: [UUID_PBIMEcNLEemS-1xLbo249w], origin: , immutable: )

Please respond if anyone encountered same error in Test Suite execution of RQM.

Please suggest or recommend resolution for this resolution for this error.

what version is your RQM?
is this an opt-in project?
you may check with qm.log and see further trace if any.

RQM version is 6.0.6.
