TypoErrors while working on RQM GUI
Hi All
Under RQM v3.0.1.1, We notice these listed errors.
1) While updating the actual result section in IE8 (64 bit with Cipher 256 bit).
Error: TypeError: 'this.getRightActionsContainer()' is null or not an object
2) With the Execution Console operation under Firefox, you see this error:
Error: TypeError: 'this.getRightActionsContainer()' is undefined.
3) With the Execution Console operation under Mozilla, you see this error:
Error: TyepError: Cannot call method 'apendChild' of undefined.
Any specific known reason for the occurrence of such errors ?
Thanks in advance

One answer
HI Rajesh,
first action for you would be to check the "Browser" section of the System Requirement for CLM 3.0.1.x: https://jazz.net/library/article/632/
Are all the browsers you're using supported ?
(if confirmed, you might want to contact support to investigate with more details)

Stéphane

Hi
The browser is a supported one (IEv8) in this case, We even tried with multiple supported browsers and the issue is still the same. Havent checked with RQM v4.x releases though.
But we see errors such as "TyepError: Cannot call method 'appendChild' of undefined"
Any suggestions on how to get this fixed ?
