Unable to View RDS Groups to provision DOORS access

 Hi,


We are using DOORS 9.5 version and user access is authenticated through Rational Directory Server 5.2.1 version to local LDAP. I will be adding the users to respective RDS groups to provision DOORS access. However i am unable to view those RDS groups through RDS explorer, hence unable to provision user access.

Could you Please anyone provide your insight on this issue?
