Is it possible to set the workitem attribute to "Read Only" based on the values of other attribute using workitem editor on RTC template?

Hello,
I am trying to set a workitem attribute to read-only based on another attribute.

I tried doing it through attribute customization, which allows setting attributes as read only based on the workflow status.

Is it possible to set the attribute to "Read Only" based on the values of other attribute?
