Safe templates

I download the "safe_4_5_nls_workitemtemplates.zip" file but I cannot install it using the RTC client or wen interface.

I tried the unzip and zip files

here is the error message from both interfaces

"Archive must contain a single directory containing a file "processId.txt" which contains the template process ID".

I cannot the "processId.txt" too.

If you really want an answer provide details e.g. where you got the zip file and the usual other basics such as version numbers.
