Observed "Time codes not available" for scrum project workitem timesheets

Ranjit Kotagiri (1612) | asked Oct 31 '13, 4:43 a.m.

We have configured a scrum process project.

Added a attibute "Timesheet" in the work item configuration -> Presentation Edit

When the team member is trying to add timesheet entry for hte work item, it shows "Time codes not available" message.

Is there any other configuration that I missed here?

Can anyone help me resolving this issue?

You need to add time codes from configuration below:

Thank you Aradhya. I think this was through Eclipse IDE, if am not wrong

It would be great if you can help me with this configuration on the WebUI, as we have no plans to use the IDEs.

Hi

Unfortunately this configuration is only possible in the Eclipse client.
Once you add the time codes to the project area you can continue using the web UI. But for configuration you need to use the Eclipse IDE.

Ok. Thanks a lot for the information. :)

What version of RTC is this applicable for or is it do with the process template?

I use 4.0.4 and Scrum template and do not have this option available (Time Tracking), however I can add the timesheet attribute to a presentation which does not work as it shows "Time codes not available" when trying to add an entry.
